“Building formal descriptions of the mechanisms underlying human physiology will enable us to create medical computer programs with admirable diagnostic and therapeutic power. If the advice and corresponding justifications produced by such a program is acceptable, the physician — as the final integrator — could combine his or her expertise with that information. With the current constraints on our modern day health care system, this could provide substantial improvement in patient care.”
Our Mission
Clinicians should spend their time on patients, not paperwork. Our mission is to clear everything in between, using machines.
Meet the team
Cocharts was built by two people who care deeply about getting the next era of clinical software right — and have the technical depth to do it.
Shahak Rozenblat
Co-founder · MSc, Computer Science
Shahak works at the intersection of machine learning and medicine. His research spans wearable biosensors, non-invasive cancer monitoring, and deep-learning systems for clinical image analysis. Years of building software across medicine and banking taught him what reliable systems take. At Cocharts, he brings that rigor to the models clinicians rely on.

Co-founder · MSc, Computer Science
Shalom saw the state of clinical software during undergrad, spending summers in his father Irwin’s clinic watching a clunky EHR turn simple tasks into paperwork. He has published distributed systems research at top conferences, and led development at an early-stage startup. At Cocharts, he builds the rigorous systems that take that paperwork off clinicians’ hands.
